KENMerchant enables retailers to convey an E-2-E retail software solution that unites POS, CRM, ecommerce, inventory, marketing and finance on a single platform.
This system helped us track all of our sales internally as well as with other companies we were working with for services or products. It was easy to set up once you had your data in there but if they changed their database it could be difficult to get back into the old one. We also realized after using this program that some of our customers weren't always being tracked correctly so we needed to work out who was actually doing business with them.
I think this is a great tool for anyoneβ¦
I like how easy it is for customers who have purchased from us in person or online to use our website as well! It's nice having one portal where we can see all of their transactions at once. Also helps with customer service by being able to view recent orders placed through email which are not necessarily logged into the system yet. There isn't much else about this product itself but if you want something simple then give it a try - no frills. We needed some way to keep track of sales made both
