This system helped us track all of our sales internally as well as with other companies we were working with for services or products. It was easy to set up once you had your data in there but if they changed their database it could be difficult to get back into the old one. We also realized after using this program that some of our customers weren't always being tracked correctly so we needed to work out who was actually doing business with them. I think this is a great tool for anyone looking to keep tabs on what's going on internally and externally as far as clients go. It has allowed us to see many things about our business and how to better handle situations when something goes wrong.
