Great for kids on my review.
If you have a young kid who loves to do pull ups or looking to get fit.
We paired it with resistance bands and our son uses the green band to put his foot in to assist with pull ups until he can get 12 reps then we'll step down to a smaller band.
- Great for at home workouts.
- Adjusting it to the correct width can be time-consuming
