It's not that hard to change my hot tub. But when it runs out, it's a PAIN! It obviously runs out when you NEED to dry a large amount of laundry. In this case I bought the heating element AND the electronics to replace them all at once from the same company. I did this because I figured that since I had already opened it up and replaced the heating element, I might as well replace the thermostat and fuse. Apparently the heat control isn't working and the heating element isn't that good, burned out in less than a year. Not good. Buy a replacement here that is guaranteed for LIFE and is actually a few bucks cheaper! Understand, lifetime warranty and CHEAPER TOO! It would be uncomfortable at 2 years old, but I would be fine. Less than a year, FUNNY! Not only that, when I replaced it earlier I went through EVERYTHING to remove any lint or possible clogs. This time when I removed the panel to check, there was NOTHING there. So, the original element lasted more than 15 years, this one - 11 months. The ONLY reason it got 2 stars instead of 1 was because it heated pretty well. Otherwise hooray!
