They are light, very stiff and work well. I guided her through her steps and a few rough rides. Stayed straight they are stiff, not as aerodynamic as I expected. Like everything, there are pros and cons. The price was right, good product and they did what they say. The reason I gave it 3 stars is the difficulty communicating with Debbie, there is a 12 hour time difference so I asked a question and got an answer the next day around 5pm. So it was a bit annoying and I almost didn't buy the product because of it. Debbie is sweet and professional in this time zone. I just thought it was important for potential buyers to know that this is a process. Otherwise I give the bikes 4 stars.
