Quality looks and feels cheap. Mine arrived with a broken port cover door (see picture). Or more specifically, the spring that keeps the port cover closed was missing, so one of the ports is not closed by the spring. Luckily, I prefer the port cover NOT to auto-close. Because it requires two-hand operation when you need to connect the USB. So you need to open the lid and hold it open while plugging in the USB port. So I'm actually going to remove the spring on the other side and just loosely slide the connector cover into place.
