Exceeded my expectations. The only "trick" is to use a small screwdriver to pry off the top of the rack. Wipe clean and inspect carefully, a small screw will move the clamps and the old posts will fall off. Well packaged with extra parts, all ok. It took me about fifteen minutes, but now that I've made one, I bet I can do it in four minutes. So nice that the hood stays on duty.
