Professional and Easy to Use Customer Support Software

The best thing about this software is its simplicity. It has an easy interface and the help files are really well-organized. It also gives you options for your customers to download the help file in various popular formats like PDF, HTML and CHM. I have only encountered minor bugs once. But nothing major. So far, it's one of the most user friendly programs. I've been using this program for quite some time now and haven't found anything that I dislike. This program helps me organize my customer support documents as well as my internal documents. I like how easy it is to use and customize the software as well as the support team. It's not very user-friendly at first but once you get used to it, everything's great. I've been able to help clients with their FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) for a while now and they're happy with the results. I would highly recommend this product.

  • Easy Interface; intuitive.
  • Help Files organized better than other similar products i know which makes them easier navigate through when looking up info such information or troubleshooting advice etc.
  • Ability t o export all client contacts into Salesforce via SF Connect integration tool within account/contact records making life much simpler :)! )
