I am very satisfied with this product. It was very easy to install. The installation video from the app made it very easy. The only area of disappointment is that after about 10 days of use, when the memory card is almost full, I get a warning that the memory card is corrupt and I need to format it. I've done this 3 or 4 times and it always happens just before the memory card reaches it's maximum capacity so I had to reformat the card instead of just keeping the old footage. I made sure I have the latest version. Firmware and I still have the same problem. My only other complaint is that if someone just drops the package and doesn't ring the doorbell, I seem to get notifications with a slight delay. This is probably due to the speed of the Wi-Fi connection and the connection to the cloud. I really wish that when I get a notification and someone is actually at the door, I could have quick reply options right there instead of having to navigate through them. Quick reply app to let the person know I'll be there soon or something.
