Quality control problem?
There is something wrong with the screws I received. They started well but halfway down they shrank to the point where I thought I would break them. (No, I got the size wrong). I ended up reusing the old rusty screws, which I wanted to avoid. At least the straps fit. Waste of money and time on a project that is already behind schedule and over budget.
