First let me just say that shipping time was very fast and this always pleases me.This is my first time buying anything like this so, I am far from an expert on the subject.From what I can tell it works just fine for what it is, an inexpensive enema kit. I am sure that better ones are out there but, I know they can get very pricey. If you are tight on money or a beginner like me, this one will do just fine.There is a smell to it but, with a bit of washing that will go away. I used it and am perfectly fine.One last thing to note. If you are looking for one to use as a hot water bottle, this is not the one for you. It has a very wide open top and no way to cap it closed.Over all I would say I am happy with my purchase.Thank you
