Works really well but expensive for what it is.
Did exactly what it was designed to do. Used it on an 07 f150 to hold the water pump while the fan clutch was removed. This tool hooks onto the studs protruding from the water pump and holds them in place. Worked very well for this purpose. My only criticism of this tool is that it's quite expensive for what it really is. I expect a tool like this to be $15-20, not the $50 I bought it for. But I think when you're in a difficult position and you don't have any other options, you pay a heavy price.
