I bought these on February 25th, 2016 and they came with diffusers and caps supplied. They did very well in terms of quality. I kept 2 for myself and the other 4 were gifts. Adding the correct emulsifier to your "recipe" allows for an even distribution of the essential oil throughout the water. At first I tried many recipes suggested on many websites, but after they all failed, I realized that all the recipes had the same root cause: none of them used a real emulsifier. (Food industry) Stumbled upon the good old polysorbate 20. This emulsifier is used in food, medicine and other household products. First add the polysorbate (a few teaspoons), then add the oil and stir. Finally add warm water and shake. Blends may vary, but I suspect this should fix most clogged/faulty atomizer problems.
