Highly recommended ! - Roller Shades
I searched and searched for thermal curtains to use as curtains, without rubber backing, as they give off a chemical odor and can become airborne when exposed to very high temperatures from the sun. They don't have a rubber backing but they do their job perfectly, don't get hot at all, hang nicely and are very soft. I put them on tie rods and lift them into cool rooms and use them as blinds.
