This helmet has adjustable shoulder straps on both sides. This means 4 different settings. The best thing about the helmet is the inner padding. I play in the 80-90 heat (and it's really muggy since I'm playing on the US Gulf Coast) and it doesn't get too hot. I can wear this thing for hours and my head NEVER hurts. If you want comfort and functionality, this is for you. However, if you are looking for a helmet that is compatible with many attachments, you might want to consider the FAST helmet. However, this helmet has rails on each side. You just can't mount an on-ear headset through those side rails. No problem as there is enough space inside the helmet to wear it like I do.
