I like that it allows us to have all of our data in one place which can be accessed by anyone at any time from anywhere! There are so many features we didn't know about until after purchasing this system as well. It was hard for me when setting everything up because there were too much options but once we figured out what each feature did everything became easier. The user interface could look better though - maybe some more color? A lot less grey =). Also having access to everyone's calendar would make things even simpler if they had different calendars set up than ours instead of trying to figure them out separately (which sometimes doesn't happen anyway.) This helps a ton just looking through the app at my day planner vs taking notes or asking questions from other employees during meetings every week. Having data centrally accessible makes team collaboration extremely easy compared to the old way where people had multiple spreadsheets/notes saved locally.
