That I can see what customers are doing at various points in time during an event or promotion that we're running through our website (or anywhere else for another brand).
The reporting features could use some work but it's getting there with new updates every month! We've been able solve all of my issues so far as they pertain within this product alone; however if you have other questions regarding your specific needs/goals then feel free ask away - their team will be more than happy share any tips / tricks along those lines :).
