The quality of the cotton is pretty good (not excellent), but the belt is a little scratchy. The print survived the wash well. But the 2T-3T are 14.5" in diameter, so you probably won't want them on a boy with a 20.5" waist as shown in the size chart! With a 19 inch waist, they are so narrow that the belt is pressed into the stomach. :-(. So 2/3T applies to waists up to about 18". They are available locally at a very high price. Best price so you are really paying a high price for convenience here. Edit: I have a 4T right now Bought and they are only 16.5" in diameter so they fit even most 3 year olds well. A child with a 19" waist but 20" would be pretty tight. Ridiculous size!
