This is my first laptop stand and it works great. I can't compare it to others but it does exactly what I need it for by putting the laptop screen at eye level and reducing neck strain. It feels solid, the weight is good and my MacBook Pro sits very well on it. The only minor gripe I have is that the instructions for loosening/tightening the levers weren't in the box, but the seller was. Contact an email explaining how to set these options in advance. So you must have figured out that the instructions are missing. Bottom line, I would buy it again.
