Decent scissors for the price; high frequency use in special education
These are my students' favorite scissors; We practice cutting EVERY DAY, at least once a day, so scissors are used a lot. One pair holds up very well (blades are sharp, strap held its shape); The loop of one pair has formed a slight "crease" so the scissors aren't fully springy, but the blades are still sharp. The caps were fine for transporting the scissors but were discarded as it is very difficult to put the caps back on the scissors. . We store scissor blades at the bottom - works really well in my class.
