I like that it makes our life easier as we can manage everything from one place. It's also easy to use for clients who are not familiar with technology or computer systems. The only thing I dislike about this system is its price tag - at least twice more than what other companies offer in similar products! Also, sometimes when you're logged into your account via an app/computer there will be some glitches where things won't update properly (e.g., stock levels). We've been using surf Account since last 2 years now and have no complaints so far. There isn’t anything really bad to say either; all functions work well but maybe they should lower down the prices because compared to others out there pricing structure seems quite high. Keeping track of invoices and keeping records up to date has become much simpler thanks to surfing Account.
