I like that it's easy to use, has an intuitive interface, and is well-documented for new users. It can be hard to understand some of its features (such as how to set up custom rules) if you're not already familiar with vulnerability scanning in general or other tools such as Nessus. Also, there are several different ways to scan your network; each one requires slightly more configuration than others. We've been using this product since version 1.0, so we know what works best for us. The benefits include being able to quickly identify vulnerabilities across our entire infrastructure without having to manually check them all by hand.
