Good general purpose magnets
These are reasonably strong and very thin magnets. For general horizontal adhesion, they work great for holding remotes and small items to metal surfaces. For vertical adhesion (I have one under a shelf that hangs overhead), you may want to use two magnets to connect to each other instead magnet to metal, depending on the application. I’m satisfied with them and you get a good amount for the price.

- Strong magnets. When they snap together too quickly they break in half.
