Nice juggling, but don't get cocky!
The device promises to work well, but to my chagrin I've found that it can take a significant learning curve. I ruined a set of knives/blades and forced myself to spend over $100 for a new set. Read the instructions carefully and watch any video tutorials you can find about the device (YouTube, etc.)! Above all, make sure you understand everything and then . . . take your time. Incrementalism works best in this case.
