I have a CANbus project that I've been working on over the last few years (with and without). Most of the work is done on the external computer, but it communicates with the vehicle via multiple CANbus connections. Since it mostly happens on a workbench and not in the car, the GoDiag GT100+ comes in very handy. I was surprised by the miniature size of the box and the plastic construction. For the price I was expecting something more reliable. This isn't a problem for me as I'm not trying to use this in a busy shop, but it's worth keeping in mind if you intend to use this frequently. At $117 (with a 10% off coupon at the time of this review) it doesn't seem like a big deal, but I can't honestly say there are cheaper options. Conditionally recommended
