Review on Affresh W10355052 Coffee Maker Cleaner, Pack of 3 ☕️ Tablets, Works with All Coffee Makers: Multi-Cup and Single Serve Brewers by Aaron Schultz

I have descaled my Keurig Supreme Plus *less than a year old* about 6 times in the last 11 months with Keurig Descaling Solution. I have run many Keurig brand conditioners and also descaled with vinegar as a last resort. I love both dishwashing liquid and washing machine cleaner from affre. I thought there was no other way, the picture on the box shows a machine with a one-cup brewing system - after all, that's what my Keurig Supreme Plus does. I haven't had any problems with this machine since we received it last Christmas (December 2020) - until now. I used this last night following the directions. I waited about 20 minutes after draining the pill/water mixture from the reservoir to then run the rinse cycles. I poured in an almost full tank of water and the car was very warm, hot to the touch. I wanted to fill up the tank and let it run, rinse again, but due to the heat I decided I should turn it off and let it sit for a while. He ended up heating a lot of liquid and pumping it all around - I didn't give it too much thought. A few minutes later when I came back to start the 2nd rinse I wanted to do (the 2nd water tank) I plugged the machine back in as usual and it wouldn't turn back on. I waited a while and tried again - nothing. No energy. Nada. ZIP Code There have been no power issues on this machine in the past, or the outlet or anything else that could be to blame, with the exception of this coffee maker cleaner. It's been a full day and it still won't turn on, the outside of the machine is sparkling clean. This janitor did something to affect the car's performance because it's as dead as a doornail. Turning it off and back on doesn't do anything, the power button doesn't do anything now - holding it down does absolutely nothing. I am so disappointed. Now all I need is a new Keurig, but I'm generally reluctant to continue using affresh products. Completely ruined my love for this brand and totally ruined my morning - today, tomorrow and every day after until I got the new Keurig I was supposed to order let alone shell out. Do yourself a favor and don't try this, especially if you have a Keurig Supreme or a similar model.
