Was very easy to use and seems to have cleaned the coffee pot. My only advice is that you will be asked to only run water through the machine once after you have performed the tabbed process. I would recommend ONLY running water 2 or 3 times before making coffee. Our tablet didn't completely dissolve on the first pass, so it took a second and third to make sure it completely dissolved.
