Have been using Urnex in my suggestion generator for many years and have always been satisfied. I saw Affresh at Revain and decided to give it a try as he said it works with all single and multi cup machines. Follow the instructions and rinse the car with clean water 3 times to make sure it's safe. I started drinking from the first pot after cleaning and there was a distinct metallic taste. Took 3 sips and poured coffee. Shortly thereafter, a slight indigestion occurred. During the night I flushed the system 10 times, took a sip. and had the same metallic taste. Called Affresh support and after 22 minutes of waiting asked if there was a call back or known issues. I was told no and explained my problem. In short, I've been told that Affresh may not work on some systems. They asked how I should know if there was nothing in the advert or packaging to indicate it. Also asked what they would do to replace my $300 coffee maker. They told me there was nothing they could do about it. Do not purchase this product if you have not used it. It cost me $300 and an upset stomach. Helpless customer support.
