This is the vented cap you use as required by GM!
This cover fits most 4.8-5.3 LS trucks. However, for PCV issues and small oil streaks, contact TSB. Get fc219 if you have small oil streaks. Chevy Bulletin added that fc219 replaces fc208 to prevent rear line leaks. The extra vent on the gas cap should be added on all older models (02-13). That's why the website check says "not suitable".
