This appears to be normal. Our 7 year old grandson doesn't usually drop or throw his Nintendo Switch. So basically it seems to work. Grandson won't connect his Nintendo to the dock. no comment on that. Screen protector is garbage. Followed all directions for the "T" and it did NOT stick. If it's a concern like it is for us. I would really think about that aspect. to your final decision about it as your purchase. It makes no sense to spend that much money. Then turn around and spend more on a screen protector. Too many products on the market!
