A co-worker bought two of these for a work project. A very complex and contrary initiative to build. Unreliable temperature measurements. When observing a frozen medium, the temperature drops to -1800 degrees for an hour and then rises back to 30 degrees, where it should be. I bought two of these and both do it. Makes output charts almost useless. Not worth the trouble. Get something different. Looks like I'll have to do it.
