I made a second, more expensive, and ultimately fruitless headset purchase from a different company, but it also refused to function in games. I should have gone with Logitech from the start. I was concerned about the audio quality of the movies and music, but my worries were unfounded. The SVEN AP-U980MV (wired) and Marshall Monitor Bluetooth (which do not work correctly in games with voice chat, a common bluetooth headset problem) were compared for their ability to: be easily set up, last for at least a year without breaking, produce satisfactory audio when watching videos or listening to music, and, of course, function properly while playing video games. I also compared the Corsair Virtuoso RGB Wireless SE to the sound of music (.Music on the browser) and movies (browsers / players) and found that the Corsair's sound was slightly more engaging. The Logitech G HUB offers so many options that it's probably possible to adjust the sound to good, despite the fact that the auto-tuned 7.1 audio and "Windows Sonic for Headphones" surround sound capabilities aren't fantastic compared to Corsair. I gave the Logitech Pro X Lightspeed Black headphones a careful look, but they were out of my price range and, with less ear pads, there was a chance that they might be uncomfortable. I would recommend this headset to anyone looking for a high-quality, dependable gaming headset that also excels at reproducing music and film.
