Bought this pencil to mark painted concrete on a garage floor so I can glue garage doorsteps. The lead was so soft that I couldn't even finish a single door rectangle with center marks without resharpening. I got so angry that I tried the same thing with a regular pencil and didn't find much of a difference. In the end I just took a felt-tip pen with me, which I could use all the time without having to buy pencils and a special sharpener for it. Schuler has mastered its task perfectly from start to finish! Money wasted for me.
