Review on ALTRA Men's Superior 4.5- Medium: Revolutionary Trail Running Shoe Upgrade! by Carlos Block

Best gliding and gliding in shoes

They border on uselessness. Upon unboxing, I felt like walking in new dress shoes at how slippery and slippery they were, even with a hint of wetness on the floor. It was strange, I've never experienced that with running shoes. I was hoping that with a few miles and scrapes it would get better. And so it was. Minimum. Very minimal. After 20+ miles on them they still have terrible traction. I can only trust them in absolutely dry conditions. I certainly can't trust them as freeze season approaches. I bought a pair of Altra Lone Peak 4.5s last winter and thought I had found the brand of my life. loved her. Didn't even mind that they seem to pull their color schemes out of the trash at Sherwin Williams. Unfortunately, like many other companies, they seem to invest more in releasing new models every few months than they do in what they're already doing well. Selling 10 average quality shoes is considered a better deal than selling 7 quality shoes. I would happily buy a pair of Lone Peak 4.5s every nine months for ten years. Unfortunately, Altra seems to have gone even further. I think I'll do the same from Altra.
