Review on 🌱 Seachem Flourish Excel - 2L Bioavailable Organic Carbon Source for Aquatic Plants by Danielle Perkins

This product has done wonders for my tank. I have struggled with black beard algae in the past but have not identified the root cause of it. I've moved and installed a new aquarium and I'm having the same problem again! So I started researching and this led me to the conclusion that my planted aquarium was CO2 deficient. I recently added more light and my plants started to grow rapidly and BBA started to show. I decided this was the product for me and not a real CO2 line. I followed the directions and after the initial dose (my 54 gallon tank) my water seemed white and cloudy even after a water change. I have a community consisting of corridor, oto, pay, neriti slugs, dojo loaches, and khuli loaches. All of my fish have been fine with this product except for the armored catfish. I've had time to leave them as they are but these were two of my survivors that I was able to keep alive and I think this product really made them last. So be aware that you may be sensitive to this product. I still give 5 stars. He did what he said and my tank looks amazing again! It took about 2 weeks to clear a small infection.
