I bought these shoes in a size 12-18 months for my almost 18 month old and they fit great! They never blistered her, they are breathable and easy to put on. They are very light and the sole is nice and flexible which is good for foot development when kids are just starting to walk. Size for 12-18 months corresponds to size 4 in baby shoes. When my daughter's feet got too big, I ordered size 18-24 months. These are too big to match the size 6 shoes she has in her closet. I'm disappointed: I wanted something that would fit a size 5. TL; DR: Great shoes, but they get more than a size up as you move up the age group.
