This is a great option for changing lenses in the field with minimal risk. The body opens, but only to a limited extent, giving you room for the first lens while you install the second lens already stowed in the body. When using the case as a second pair of hands, you can also quickly attach lens caps and/or body caps to keep your gear clean. The only thing I don't like (but not enough to give a star) is that even with the case fully closed there still remains a small space where dust could potentially enter the case in dusty conditions. So if you're either using an all-weather case for protection, or look into the Lowepro S&F Slim Lens Pouch (if you can still find one, the top cap fully protects if your lens isn't too big) or Case Lowepro S&F Slim Lens Pouch. Case for 11x26 cm lens (same size, zip fully closed). Both lack lens interchangeability, but both offer good to excellent dust coverage. Otherwise this is a great case and I recommend it!
