I was very pleased with these bags. Being new to cycling I spent a lot of time planning their optimal position on the bike rack and securing and reattaching the clamps hoping there would be no traffic as I am carrying 2 laptops (only paved Ways). The bags looked very sturdy and were no different from their more expensive counterparts. Unfortunately, I pulled off the road into my company's parking lot, hit a 2 inch step and heard both bags hit the ground. Luckily the truck pulled up behind me, otherwise both laptops would have been smashed (and I had them in soft cases at the time). Unfortunately, the bags showed signs of wear and one of the corners was torn, so they were no longer waterproof. I love the look of these bags but the attachment system is disappointing. I think small design tweaks can mitigate these shortcomings, and I've seen some of the more expensive brands do just that, but at a steep cost. EDIT: Downgraded from 3 stars to 1 star due to no access to customer service or response from seller after over a week. Again, the bags are good and the product has potential if not for that lack of design and response. Until then, stay away.
