I bought this collar for our Bernese Poodle puppy. I have the big one and it fits him perfectly with plenty of room to grow. He weighs about 44 pounds at 4.5 months old. So I'm sure this collar will make a big difference. The collar is wet. A similar collar/design is sold at Petco for $22. I can hardly tell the difference. This collar looks more like cotton fiber and is textured. Matt colour. I prefer this to smooth synthetic collars. Our pup is outside enjoying the water so the slick synthetic materials come off quickly. I've had the collar for a month now and it's still like new! Definitely worth it for the price and fit. The collar is buried in fluff, but that's his size for reference.
