As for replacing the magnet, this product didn't suit me. I have a Samsung Galaxy S10 which is a relatively light phone compared to the 10s+. The metal plates stick very well and the adhesive also works on silicone cases. but I tried holding the phone with a 1 inch neodymium disc magnet and the phone immediately slipped off the magnet. Maybe the surfaces were too smooth. but I didn't have 1000 or 5000 grit sandpaper to experiment with. the only thing that worked were 2 magnets, then the mobile phone was held, the list was glued with superglue.
