Works well when seated directly in front of it. And if you leave it on for 15 hours, the fan will start making a clicking, clanking noise that goes away after you leave it off for a few hours. For the price paid I expected much better quality. I would also like to point out that the water noise becomes annoying when the fan speed is below speed 2. It was fine for the first 3 days and then only got worse. So I'd say it's a good fan, but not the best or the greatest.
