Easy to use and works well as a small portable evaporative cooler. I put cold water from the fridge and some ice cubes in the top well to increase the cooling effect. I very much hope that replacement evaporator seals will be available soon - as with any evaporative cooler the seal will need to be replaced after a period of use. .

Works well when seated directly in front of it. And if you leave it on for 15 hours, the fan will start making a clicking, clanking noise that goes away after you leave it off for a few hours. For the price paid I expected much better quality. I would also like to point out that the water noise becomes annoying when the fan speed is below speed 2. It was fine for the first 3 days and then only got worse. So I'd say it's a good fan, but not the best or the greatest.

Here the temperature is between 100 and 105 degrees Fahrenheit, from 13 to 16 hours the heat really gets on your nerves, after use it wasn't that bad anymore. It took the edge off. Works as expected. The air was pleasant and cool. The fan has 2 settings and then a separate button for "Turbo" which sets the fan even higher. Seems like just setting 3 speeds on the same button would be easier. Assembly was easy and the instructions were very detailed. I didn't completely fill the water tank but was about to and the low water alarm went off after 4-1/2 hours of operation. It's not a problem for me as I don't plan on using it at night.
