I ordered it and received it quickly and started using it. One lid was defective and within 3 hours of contacting the seller (notifying me that one lid was defective) the seller sent me a brand new container and lid. I'm very impressed! The containers are easy to clean and very easy to use. I ordered 2 sets because I love them so much! Fits well in my closets. I alternate them with an upside down next to one right side up because I can fit more bins in my cabinets. Haven't used the labels yet but they are nice and tacky - I used a chalk pen. It's a bit fluid, but I eventually learned to write with it. The containers survived the dishwasher well without deforming. Flakes are still free a week later. I am a very, very satisfied customer!
