The platform is easy to use. It syncs with all of our other platforms and applications. The customer service is fantastic. I have been able to call customer service and talk to a real person. I have not had to wait on hold. The system is easy to navigate and I can access everything I need to easily. I have not run into anything I don't like. I love being able to easily access everything I need to in one place. I am able to access my schedule, my contact information, my email, my messages, my calendar, and more all in one place.
