Good pliers for sizes 3+1/4 " to 4+1/2 ". Oil filter
I first tried the handy rag trick and twist but to no avail. These oil filter pliers were just the right tool to remove the oil filter from my Ford Explorer 4x4 truck. The job would have been a lot easier if I had a hydraulic lift in my own garage as it was quite difficult to use the pliers while kneeling in the wheel well. The filter was very tight and this large oil filter (up to 4+1/2 inches in grip) was quickly freed with pliers! Very well made with 2x adjustment for 3+1/4" and 4+1/2" oil. Filters and comfortable handles.
