Safe for eczema prone skin

I’m an RN and have sensitive skin and eczema. The hand sanitizers in hospitals are especially harsh and cause the skin on my hands to break open, bleed, and blister. I wouldn’t be able to work as a nurse without this hand sanitizer. It’s cdc approved and goes on without effecting my skin more than pure water would. This product saved my hands.
