A Poor Online Shopping Experience for Home Improvement at ZEKOO

Recently, I had the misfortune of making my home improvement purchases at the ZEKOO online store, and I must admit, it was a significant letdown. First of all, their website is antiquated and clumsy. It took me a long time to find the products I required, and the search feature was essentially useless. I had the impression that I was looking through a dated 1990s brochure. Even when I did find the items I was looking for, purchasing them was a nightmare. My order took weeks to appear, and shipping was outrageously expensive. When it did, some of the goods were harmed and others were of poor quality. To make things worse, I encountered unhelpful and unresponsive representatives when I attempted to contact their customer service to resolve the problems. It appeared as though they had no interest in my worries at all. In conclusion, I do not advise using the ZEKOO online store for your house improvement requirements. A disappointing purchasing experience is created by their clumsy website, slow shipping, subpar product quality, and unhelpful customer service. Avoid the trouble by shopping somewhere else.
