For the price. This headset does what it's supposed to do. I can use it when dialing into conference calls with my iPhone and a 3.5mm to Lightning adapter. There is a design flaw that is very annoying. The end button is right at chest level, and I've often sat on conference calls with my arms crossed. I tried turning the knob higher, it helped. but I really think it should be closer to the earpiece.
