I had high expectations but this is definitely not one size fits all! The arm pads were a bit loose but workable, the elbow straps were too long and the knee pads were sooo tight! I thought I got my knees and elbows mixed up, but that wasn't the case. The knee pads were choking, falling because of these knee pads was more painful than an actual fall. The helmet and hand pads fit well so I was able to keep them for myself and donate the rest. Yes, and for size reference, I'm 5'3 and 145 lbs.
