I was skeptical (to put it mildly) with this purchase. I've read some bad reviews and horror stories about shipping and warranty issues but the price of this refurbished Vizio was too good to pass up and at $189 with the potential to have smart features like Airplay 2 I thought that it was worth the risk. . The TV came from FedEx, not Revain, and was just dumped on my front yard instead of being delivered on my porch, but my fears were allayed when I opened the box of a beautiful new TV. It was very securely wrapped in plastic and foam with all the necessary security measures in place. I plugged it in and from that point on everything else was pretty much self-explanatory. I quickly read the manual but to be honest it's not necessary. The TV updates itself as soon as you plug it in and do the initial setup. So let him run his course as it is vital to his performance. And what an achievement! I paid $189 for a four-year-old TV that works like a new 2020 TV with all its features, including Siri and HomeKit. With a software update, the TV becomes a smart TV that supports Siri, Alexa and the Google Assistant, not to mention Airplay 2 and Chromecast are already set up by default! The TV comes with Smart Cast, your own app center for streaming content (like Firestick or Apple TV) and Watch Free where you can watch TV for free! That's not a problem, the image quality is incredible, especially considering the value for money. A Vizio Smart TV is a must anyway, but my advice is why spend a fortune on something you can get for a lot less and just upgrade it? I'm a happy customer!
